Alan appeared at an event for HLSA-San Diego just over six years ago when he was General Counsel of LG Electronics. After leaving LG, Alan became General Counsel of Churchill Downs, host of the Kentucky Derby. Alan has returned to San Diego to head the legal department of one of San Diego’s iconic companies. We will have an interactive dialogue with Alan about his in-house journey, and some of the interesting challenges he has faced working for three very different high-profile institutions.
